ISAR in Belarus is an affiliate of the non-profit organization "ISAR, Inc" (USA) which works in Belarus on the basis of a registration sanction, given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Learn more about ISAR-Minsk's efforts to protect the environment and encourage civil society in Belarus.

ISAR's offices in Atyrau and Almaty have been transferred to local organizations. We continue to partner with these local organizations and to conduct programs with their support in Central Asia. In January 2003, ISAR spun off its Caspian program, which became a new international NGO called Crude Accountability.
