ISAR

ISAR-Siberia welcomes concerned citizens, activists and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) alike-it is a place where all can find encouragement, friendship, and concrete advice in their struggle for the environment. If you work for or with a Russian NGO, please take a look at ISAR-Siberia's Russian-language website. A full description of ISAR-Siberia's activities as well as selected news flashes and articles from ISAR-Siberia's bulletin and quarterly journal, "The Bear's Den" are also available in English. Most program-related activities including the grants and publications programs and environmental and educational events are organized directly by the ISAR-Siberia office in Novosibirsk.
