Azerbaijan Link Arrow

ISAR's office in Azerbaijan is no longer in operation. However, ISAR continues to work with local partners and to conduct programs with local organizations in Azerbaijan. Learn more about ISAR's history in Azerbaijan.

In January 2003, ISAR spun off its Caspian program, which became a new international NGO called Crude Accountability.
